Account Project Manager
Current- Providing clients a second to none customer service experience - Scheduling and prioritising workload through strong calendar planning - Regular communication between department mangers via various mediums- Being proactive in conducting regular quality checks prior to signing off projects- Inputting all live projects on to the internal workflow system - Ensuring quotes and job estimates are to sent to clients within a short a time frame after being received- Reporting project progress to the MD on a regular basis - Liaising with external sub-contractors to ensure project requirements are met and avoiding possible future implications
