As a co-founder and CTO of Grafiniti, I am building the next generation AI-enabled market intelligence platform for the asset and wealth management industry. With over 20 years of experience in leading distributed teams delivering cloud-based solutions, I aim to be a partner in business success by creating a high-performance and ownership culture in technology teams.Before Grafiniti, I was the CTO at XeroHome, an early stage startup that has an AI-based platform that helps utilities and cities educate their homeowners to make smart and eco-friendly choices for their home appliances and usage behavior, by creating personalized recommendations for each home at city scale.Before XeroHome, I led the platform and the release engineering teams at Cisco to support the Cisco Control Center platform that manages millions of IoT devices embedded in connected cars, vending machines, and more. Over six years, I led cloud migrations, feature rollouts, and upgrades for large clients such AT&T, Telefonica, Rogers with minimal downtime. My love for learning and challenges has led me back a full circle to the life of a startup cofounder. Leveraging the skills and experience from Big Tech, I enjoy scaling startups thru early growth with all it's constraints of time, money and people.My core values are excellence, ownership and constructive feedback.
