These courses have given me the information and abilities I need to succeed in administrative positions in the healthcare sector.In my current position as Customer service representative at Tim Hortons I developed skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, time management and computer programming, data analysis etc.I pride myself on being polite and confident and look forward to contributing to a health office position using my communication and customer service skills.
