Managing client relationships at the top management/ Promoter levels, ensuring high quality deliverables/ advise, handling assignments independently (with limited Partner support), mining/ building existing client portfolio, pursuing new clients, leading a sub-team (6 to 7 members), ensure adherence to internal quality/ risk protocols, focus on expanding the ‘real estate’ sector portfolio, etc. Clientele includes Indian as well as MNC companies - have experience in providing a spectrum of services ranging from transaction advisory (structure acquisitions/ hive-offs, inbound/ outbound cross-border tax structures, internal re-organisation, funding advise, cash repatriation strategies, JDA structure reviews, on-call advisory, due diligences, etc), transaction implementation support (filing scheme with SEBI/ High Court(s)/ NCLTs, obtaining RBI/ DIPP clarifications, review of definitive agreements, etc) as well as tax compliance support (corporate tax return filings, obtaining tax approvals/ NIL withholding certificates, representation before tax authorities, etc)
