Part of Moser Baer’s (Customer) Supplier Account Team (SAT) responsible for setting up Applied Materials’ a-Si Thin Film Solar Panel Production line (Alpha-SunFab) for the Biggest Glass size (5.7m2) first ever in the World for the capacity of 40 MW annual production.•Led Back End of the Line (BEOL) operations and worked as Process integrator. Successfully led various Task Force Teams for resolving critical customer requirements to increase throughput, improving efficiency, yield and quality of the products through various DOEs.•Successfully demonstrated Primary Ownership for 4 major Application Tools in BEOL under the category of ATS (Automation Tooling System, Canada) which includes QASR (Quality Assurance and Shunt Bust), ISS (Inline Solar Simulator), BUS (Interconnects), JBOX (Junction Box, End terminals). Assisted in PVD and Laminator tools for process optimization (from Applied Film, Germany & Klopper, Germany).•Ramped up and sustained throughput/availability of BEOL from 50% to 80 %.
