Handling site and coordinating with clients & site Engineers for efficient Preparing day today activity report at site.Conducting weekly meetings of all site engineers.Maintaining inward and outward register.Taking measurement at site with contractor.Passing contractor bill.Preparing work order for contractor.Preparation and Certification of bill.Attending weekly progress meeting with client at site.Coordinating with Architect / Consultant / client for changes at site. Helping contractors to complete site work on committed time.Fulfilling commitments.Payment collection.Maintaining workers muster and salary muster as per labor law.Following safety norms and regulation.
