Inderjit Tuli is the Co Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Junzi Capital Group, the parent of Junzi Group of Companies. The Junzi Group of Companies ("JGC") is focused in real estate and real estate debt investing. With investing experiences in four countries, JGC seeks to invest across a high conviction portfolio concentrated across growth markets and sectors. JGC thematically invests in high quality real estate assets across a diversified portfolio consisting of debt, residential, commercial and industrial assets. We seeks to focus on assets that are align with our value based investing strategy. Specifically, we seek to identify quality assets and seek to maximize income, while minimizing downside risk. We believe in high conviction investing, rather than buying indexes. Our focus on long term capital growth and income generation through tangible asset acquisitions. We align these acquisitions of property and debt across markets where we believe there are strong opportunities for growth andstability.Creative in nature, JCG has created a unique investment acquisition process by harnessing the power of quantitative data, algorithms, and our on the ground teams.
