Working as a Zonal Service Manager ,My responsibility to open new BRANCH and set them , recruit new technical/non technical staff and Depute them to the required District if require approve them extra benefits such Food /House Rent allowances ,To DRAFT new Service policy and assure that they are implemented Coordination with Distributors , dealers & servicing centre KRA of my job, I am Positioned in H.O. (DELHI) handling two zones with 150-170 staff working in my Zone . Material/Store /manpower management of all the branch KRA . Direct reporting to G.M/ Director. To achieve the GOAL set by the MANAGEMENT within time keeping budget and target intact

Utilized my skill and experience . Transferred and promoted to this servicing centre as a A/V in-charge .I supervised the technical staff and also trained them with latest upgrade technology ,also supervised home products technicians as an additional responsibility
