In my role as Director of Creative Learning I developed, documented and disseminated Destiny Arts Center’s core teaching pedagogy and furthered the organization’s reputation as a model creative youth development organization.

As the Head of Education at Streetside Stories, I focused on enhancing the quality of arts-based learning for youth participants and their mentor adult teaching artists. I designed professional development learning communities for teaching artists, created strategies for articulated the education goals of the organization, and managed Streetside's out of school time partnerships with local public schools.

Lead artist on a 15 week, collaborative process with teen artists ages 14-18 to create a physical theater performance incorporating acrobalance and personal narrative for Urbano's theme of the Emancipated City.

As an artist in residence at Harvard's Project Zero, I used Making Learning Visible documentation methods to understand the qualities of learning occurring within my teaching artist residency at Urbano Project. I documented the process of co-devising a performance with teen artists that sought to explore the questions: How can we explore our ideas of Emancipated Cities using our bodies and circus acrobalance?
