A levels - Sociology, Business Studies, Health and Social care and Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration working with the Public Health directorate at CMBC. My EPQ was titled ‘How Brexit would affect the different types of business around the UK’. This was a 5000 word essay on how Brexit would affect niche businesses as well as large organisations around the UK and compare them. I have recently been successful in the job application of Public Health Business Support following on from the completion of my apprenticeship of a Project Support Officer working towards a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration. I am now working towards a Level 4 BCS qualification in Business Analysis with the Public Health team at Calderdale Council.I've worked full time and part time at The Old Gate in Hebden Bridge as a waitress since February 2019. During the pandemic, I worked for Track and Trace as a Call Handler. Day-to-day duties included call handling, tact and diplomacy, customer service skills, empathy and making professional decisions for vulnerable individuals. In my spare time I ride horses and help out on a farm. I also voluntarily run a local saddle club which includes organising events such as clinics, group rides, processing orders, keeping up with emails and social networks and holding frequent face-to-face meetings.
