• Ensure accurate reporting of Community level account activity during the monthly financial close,preparation of regular reports, maintaining clean balance sheet accounts, calculating and recording baddebt expense,
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly representation, revenue reconciliation, employee benefitanalysis, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.
• Preparation and recording of asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries; maintenance and balancingof subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting reconciling transactions and resolvingdiscrepancies.
• General accounting duties including but not limited to production accounting, AP, AR, cash receipts, etc.
• Responsible for other analytical processes. Using established reports, analyzes property fiscal data,monthly, quarterly and annually. Included in analysis is revenue analysis, expense review, and other adhoc analysis.
• Ability to query databases and navigate through multiple systems in an efficient manner, while able tostep back and deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful results and recommendations to management.Assists Community.

Processing end of day collections for 20 plus doctors, including handling petty cash/check, reviewing credit card payments, reviewing finical statements, entering charges and collecting payments.clerical duties including but not limited scanning, faxing, communicating with vendors, creating Excel reports/graphs and charts for meetings, documenting progress.
