I am a creative, driven, and social individual who has a keen interest in collaborative problem-solving. Working in a team environment is where I thrive. The Creative Intelligence and Innovation degree from UTS allowed me to finesse my skills in problem-solving and provided me with an extensive toolkit for tackling the wicked problems of the world. My graduate experience at Westpac has allowed me to understand how complex organisations function, and how to achieve change that is riddled with complexity. My professional skill set has expanded during the year. I have been accredited with my Lean Yellow Belt and am a Financial Wellbeing Champion within the bank. I now work as an Associate Business Analyst in Regulatory Change. Additionally, I volunteer in 2 Employee Advocacy Groups; The Youth Network's Community & Sustainability team as a team member, and Brothers & Sisters as a member of the Executive Committee. I am involved in Brothers & Sisters as an ally. I also have a passion for film and photography and have run my own photography business (Gigantic Media) since 2018. My degree in Communications (Media Arts and Production) has helped guide this journey.
