• Point of contact for three luxury global clients working across offline, online and editorial projects • Scope out and manage projects through to delivery• Create time and cost estimations, managing budgets up to £750,000• Manage internal resource and creative team of designers, developers and copywriters• Produce status reports ensuring projects are on time and within budget• Client liaison; updating them on status and responding to requests• Organize photoshoots; liaising with photographers, retouchers and agents • Negotiate with external suppliers

• Manage all Soho House Group’s digital projects including strategy, conception and delivery• Work closely with Digital Director on developing digital strategy across Europe and the US for Soho House clubs, hotels and public restaurants• Manage external design, mobile and software agencies • Brief external developers and designers on upcoming digital launches• Supervise the running of all digital projects such as website design and build, iOS app production and updates including integrated event and gym class booking system and the launch of online payments • Review and sign of user flows and wireframes before implementing updates• Work with Marketing Manager and Campaign Planner to desire delivery of all streamlined launch of global campaigns• Produce timelines ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget• Quality assurance and troubleshooting pre and post deployment of new features online and across mobile apps• Liaise with Editorial team on development of content site houseseven.com• In addition, I am also Publishing Manager for House, Soho House Group's quarterly magazine with a circulation of over 30,000 worldwide
