• Conducted literature reviews on identity-based violence and dehumanization, including open-source research on online extremism and radicalization.• Designed strategies to measure the impact of campaigns on US audiences through surveys, social media monitoring, and follower engagement.• Created content for social media platforms and websites to support and collaborate with leadership on awareness campaigns.

• Recruited and trained over 1500 volunteers to conduct the annual count of individuals experiencing homelessness within Dallas and Collin Counties. Analyzed the collected data to enhance homeless policy and programs for 55 organizations• Evaluated grant-administered housing programs to ensure compliance with U.S. Housing and Urban Development standards and assess program efficiency.• Coordinated with the city of Dallas, homeless shelters, and other service-providers to house 300 clients in just under 2 months.

• Drafted reports for senior leadership on current events and global thematic issues. Including sustainable development, nuclear security, international trade, and globalization.• Organized World Affairs Council events to improve global understanding and engagement in the Seattle Area. • Assessed non-profit social media strategies and formulated procedures to improve membership, fundraising, and event attendance.

• Collaborated with fourteen other Jackson School students under the guidance of Mark Ward, former director of START, former senior adviser to the UN Mission in Libya, former Co-Chair of the Humanitarian Task Force on Syria and former head of OFDA. • Created policy recommendations for NGOs on how to utilize their collective impact to increase their leverage within the humanitarian aid sector. • Conducted intensive research into the complex and delicate issues surrounding sovereignty and humanitarian aid delivery. Including, an overview of the history of sovereignty and humanitarian aid, in depth analysis of Responsibilty to Protect (R2P), as well as case studies from Syria and Darfur. • Interviewed humanitarian aid experts including Dan O'Neill of Mercy Corps, Mark Bartolini of OFDA and the IRC, and Warren Acuncius of OFDA.
