My role at The AA as a Customer Service Representative was to be the first initial contact for our customers after having a road traffic accident, our job was to deliver outstanding customer service whilst building a rapport with our customers, allowing them to feel at ease, I would show my sympathy at all time with our customers as they would still feel shaken/shocked following their incident. I use a calm and clear telephone manner to make sure my customers can understand all questions I am asking to ensure I capture all the detailed information for their claims journey. I then moved departments where I discussed ongoing hire and repairs with a customer's claim along with discussing any complaints relating to them. I was also responsible for chasing repair estimates and loss of use dates along as well as sending manual instructions to service providers if required and discussing some total loss payments.

I was picking customers orders and putting each order together, I also stacked and filled shelves and display areas.
