This role included overall management of the operation of Marina Studios and developing the business. I had a particular responsibility to focus on business growth and innovation. I built relationships across Sussex to work in harmony with other organisations. I managed & developed a full workforce and helped create a charity arm to the business to allow for further dance opportunities for all across Sussex.

I was a part of the Streetfunk team for 3 years starting as administration officer and working my way up to Customer Relations & Admin Manager. This role included, schedule planning, customer service, client registration, GDPR organisation, DBS processing, marketing and promoting, event planning, and overall team and customer wellbeing.
