About India Roche
I became a Designer to understand how we can change systems to be more caring, more human and more effective in creating positive lives for everyone. My practice focuses on social change for children and families. I bring multiple voices and perspectives into the design process, working with children, young people, their families and adults across communities and systems to understand, make and learn together. I explore what evidence tells us and what assets we can build from. I am inspired by natural systems, community wisdom and by the people experimenting with brave, values based, approaches to social change. I'm passionate about tackling inequality, understanding power and how to share it, about remaining curious, humble and playful and exploring all of the possibilities that Design, and people, bring. Get in touch if you'd like to connect. :)

In this role I was responsible for project oversight, development and sustainability, volunteer management and wider stakeholder engagement for two specialist services.
