  *Note: This club is also part of PGA WEST.As the Director of Member Relations, my primary focus is to increase member participation at the club and help to foster a friendly culture. I also drive member (and their guest) attendance of golf, social, and dining special events to ensure a referral culture is in place, increase member satisfaction and retention.I've organized traditional and first time events at The Citrus Club and utilized my role with the club's Social Committee and other resources to create unique experiences. Working closely with the General Manager and the Membership Director, I also help to connect new members to events, clubs, and other members to aid in their integration. In addition, I also work with all department heads to create and facilitate the printing and distribution of the club's annual printed calendar of events.
