Responsibilities:∙ Managed the Wayfair US growth marketing campaigns (retargeting and prospecting) including: developed automated performance tracking solutions, reported out performance to growth marketing leadership and cross functional stakeholders in formal and informal touch points, and developed and owned a testing schedule to drive incremental growth∙ Subject matter expert on our Facebook platform including: managed our Facebook vendor relationship, conducted trainings on ads manager for new hires, acted as the SME for cross functional stakeholders to explain the nuances of Facebook campaigns across growth marketing and act as a thought partner in building out technical applications and tests, organized a monthly analyst round table to drive cross pollination of ideas and up level the knowledge base of Facebook channel managers across growth marketing ∙ Owned data science testing for Wayfair NA, independently advocating for and working to implement multiple tests across a variety of channels while also working closely with our data science team to roadmap additional tests to drive marketing OKRs∙ Onboarded, developed and managed an intern and co-op to help with campaign management and reporting as well as complete complex technical analyses. This included developing work plans to outline and scope analyses and providing support throughout the project to ensure they were completed accurately and on timeNotable Projects:∙ Worked with a cross functional team spanning Data Science (DS) and MarTech to automate ad set level bidding on Facebook. The entailed working closely with DS to develop a Boltzmann model to predict efficient bids, developing a standardized testing playbook to test the model and analyze results across growth marketing, and acting as the marketing SME to communicate requirements and prioritization of features needed to make the tool work for all of growth marketing
