I have over 4 years of experience providing IT support to SaaS and infrastructure companies.Before I began my professional career, I was deeply invested in web development. I have made over 30+ websites as a hobby and for instructors. In the first six months of my employment at Sage Software, I was given an award for my collaboration and initiative to train and educate newly onboarded contractors. During my career, I honed my network administration skills, managed SQL databases, sent feedback to developers, and even performed ransomware recovery for users whose accounting data had been compromised--ultimately saving these companies from bankruptcy.I have provided IT support to over 3,000 employees working for Portland General Electric. I am able to troubleshoot multiple environments, like PCs, iOS devices, and Linux distributions. I am familiarized with SolarWinds, ServiceNow/MyServices, MyAccess, Workday, and a wide variety of end-user applications. My daily activities included taking frontline calls, resolving and delegating tickets, escalating high-priority incidents, and fulfilling access requests for my colleagues. Alternative responsibilities included monitoring energy systems, virtual servers, customer service process flows in Stonebranch, and ensuring network nodes are live.My present aspirations include pursuing higher education and building on my expertise to further enhance business workflows, processes, and data security.
