As Chief of Staff of the VMware team at Carahsoft, I organized and managed six cross-functional teams across our sales, marketing, and operations management teams. I also managed reporting and communications from our sales team both internally and externally to our vendors and partners. Through this reporting, I created program dashboards for various government and education contracts, created quarterly executive reports to share both internally and externally. I also led a sales operations team across the company with the main purpose of sharing best practices across different sales units, and creating consistent and company branded reporting. Finally, I served as the operational point of contact for Finance, HR, Procurement and IT business units across the company.

I helped manage our CRM sales and marketing database for a team of 60. I analyzed sales and marketing data trends and built custom analysis reports for our Federal, State and Local and Education teams. I built and maintained forecast reports for our sales teams. I trained new employees in our database and Microsoft Excel. I also helped develop an intelligent email marketing database.

I reviewed articles about bushfire and made recommendations to the Council on safe bushfire management and the ecological effects of bushfire to share with the community. I created a brochure on bushfire management and managed an article database for easier access.

I collected and analyzed information, and produced reports and charts on impact of speed of service on customer decisions to make energy efficiency improvements to their homes

I shadowed and assisted licensed energy auditor testing home and appliance energy efficiency and safety of appliances. I used a thermal camera to find leaks and made recommendations on how to improve household energy efficiency. I retested houses to ensure improvements were sufficient to qualify homeowner for rebates from the state of Maryland, Pepco and Montgomery County.
