I am an analytical, strategic, and adaptable leader who strives to pursue excellence in everything I do. My passion is to help other people and companies achieve their potential by providing stability in finance, creativity in leadership, and growth in connectivity.I have valuable experience in many different fields. Currently, I am in an Accounting position for Texas Baptists. I have had the opportunity to learn how to craft large scale budgets, reconcile GL and bank accounts, and create a multitude of financial reports to help both executives and employees at the company.I am also currently serving bivocationally as a Student Pastor at Patillo Baptist Church. My passion for ministry is at the core of my life, and this opportunity has helped me develop Gospel-Centric relationships with students through bible studies, weekly sermons, and events (such as DNOW and Summer Camp).Previously, I worked as the Ministry Partnerships Coordinator for Dallas Baptist University. Through this position, I learned how to develop and cultivate relationships with 150+ churches and non-profits from all around the nation. I also planned and executed events for pastors, prospective students, and others.I have an MBA from Dallas Baptist University, focusing on Executive Leadership and Strategy. I enjoyed classes such as Strategic Management, Organization Change/Development, Motivating and Vision Casting and Leadership Development. Through this degree, I am confident that I can lead a team to success in whatever area that may be.I also have a BA in Biblical Studies from Dallas Baptist University. This degree has been instrumental for me as ultimately pursue a career in ministry. I have learned much about the Bible, Church History, and even the business of the church through this degree.I am always seeking to grow and learn more each day, and I know that I will be able to help others to do the same.
