In my role as senior sales operations analyst, I helped ensure the attainment of yearly sales priorities and goals by identifying sales strategies and leading multiple projects.I partnered with our marketing team on the execution and evaluation of campaigns to maximize market visibility and generate new business. Working in partnership with a 15-member team of account managers and financial specialists, I identified opportunities and challenges in territories and crafted plans to increase sales in under-penetrated markets.I also coordinated the annual sales kick-off meeting to communicate priorities, strategic initiatives, and performance expectations and implemented technology platforms and processes to track sales progress. Together with our inside sales commercial account managers and business development managers, I designed strategies to meet a $10M sales quota for Equifax commercial products and services. I led various LEAN initiatives to boost revenue and increase efficiency. Among those initiatives were projects that increased revenue, reduced revenue leakage, and reduced time to revenue, leading to a 99.38% quota achievement. I generated an additional $400K of revenue by boosting commercial subscription renewals 50%. A new commercial on-boarding process reduced time to revenue by 13 days with an $11K financial impact.I also created a training program for new sales associates and delivered sales support for proposals, contract generation, new account auditing, and order entry process
