I have helped scale up the organization by achieving 1.98x (22% CAGR) revenue growth in 5 years.I am responsible for designing and delivering classroom-based and web-based training programs as per clients' needs at different client locations across India. I have, chiefly, been working closely with numerous large-cap companies across the country understanding their requirements in terms of the kind of training, participant profiling, content design, and liaising with expert faculty for its effective delivery. Training transfer is then collected and discussed with their L&D managers to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.I am also involved in researching the relevant topics for conferences and seminars, liaising with potential speakers and guests, designing conference and seminar brochures, developing event schedules, and liaising with hotel and venue partners. I am also responsible for handling the delegate registration process and ensuring that payments are received on time.I have brought in efficiencies of processes through the implementation of SOPs and formats. I have introduced a balanced scorecard for effective monitoring of key performance indicators.Whatever the nature of the event I have handled, maintaining appropriate documentation, budget preparation, expense management, and working with cross-functional teams to manage multiple tasks within deadlines have always been my forte.I am also involved in the implementation of quality, environmental, and safety management system standards as well as the preparation of disaster management plans and safety manuals.

I have identified and recruited potential speakers and assisted the sales team in acquiring sponsorships and delegates for conferences.

I have organised and coordinated training programs in safety, operations and maintenance.

I have generated sales leads by pitching to gynaecologists about stem cell banking and services offered by the company and negotiated with them to boost sales.

I have successfully arranged antenatal sessions at hospitals for expecting mothers and introduced stem cell banking to them during such sessions.
