Responsible for the full talent acquisition pipeline, from identifying and managing the influencer pool to dedicated support for each campaign and global talent mapping. My role facilitated growth between our brands and thousands of lifestyle influencers - from talent identification, portfolio management, sales and acquisition, to after sales service, brand awareness and ongoing client management. I also specialised in innovation and creative problem solving, with a focus on process improvement for the internal team.
