I began my IT career in London in the mid-90’s, enjoying technical roles with systems integrators and early internet service providers in Brisbane and the Gold Coast of Queensland. After a brief back-packing hiatus, I settled in London to continue my path with an IT services company.In 2002, I co-founded an MSP which served to address what I had gleaned to be an obvious gap in the market, which involved being technically driven and relationship focused. For the next 16 years, we built an enviable team, serving the needs of customers ranging from small charitable groups through to blue chip businesses boasting household names.We developed a sizeable investment in data centre infrastructure, promoted enterprise on-prem solutions and cloud technologies and embraced subscription based services. In 2018, we accepted an offer to be acquired and joined forces with an Azure Expert MSP. This transitional period provided for new and valuable experience along my journey.At the tail-end of 2021, I was appointed as Director and CEO for Indiko Data. This is an MSP that embodies all the core values I had hoped to achieve in business throughout my career. We are service focused and relationship driven, offer highly technical and cost-effective solutions from best of breed vendors. Our default response isn’t always representative of a subscription uplift or quote. I’m working with and all-round nice people and hoping to do business with the same. Oh, and under my watch, we hit 7 figure revenue in the first full accounting year. We have growth aspirations, so watch this space.On a personal level, I’m a keen hobby cyclist who takes my bike anywhere and everywhere.
