I have a years experience working in retail in which I have learnt many customer skills. I am familiar with using a POS system, having conversation with customers, promoting and selling products. Furthermore I have had the responsibility of working full opening to closing shift by myself. In doing so, I have learn’t how to deal with difficult customers as well as surveying the store.

I tutored a year 4 student in mathematics, helping her prepare for OC test as well as year 5 NAPLAN.

I am capable of working in fast paced environments since I assisted with waitressing a busy section of tables. I gained further Teamwork skills as communication with was other staff was important when issues with orders or customers occurred.
