Speaking to First Haitian Baptist Mission to encourage the Young Adults because they are the leaders of tomorrow; binding the gap between the Caribbean, most specifically the Afro-Caribbean community and the city of Naples with the Botanical Garden, and being a part of the Bayshore DIstrict's Christmas lighting ceremony has enriched my view of my local Southwest Florida's community.

Delegated a team of about 10 employees (Med -Techs and Certified Nursing Assistants) to safely provide for the needs of about 80 - 90 patients. As a Charge nurse, I would communicate directly with the doctors/ physicians and families to keep them updated with changes relative to patients. I would also need to contact the proper persons for emergencies. My role would also include obtaining vital signs with abnormal findings and obtaining blood sugar readings daily and administering the proper medications and or treatments to regulate the patient's blood sugar levels.
