- Manage Team Resources for activity Project, Installation, Maintenance and troubleshoot - Diagnosa, Troubleshoot system and network problems at internal or external ( Customer )- Maintain whole backbone ( Wireless, FO ) and report capacity each backbone- manage documentation whole project and integrated system had done- Ensure and controlling installation for new client are prepared and installed properly - Update Share Knowledge Technology to Engineer and Monitoring Team

- Responsible to Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting ( Wireless / Metro-E )- Handle Problem Solving direct Customer- Report daily activity to Ass Manager/Manager

- Manage network and development - Troubleshooting and Maintenance system problem like Windows server, Linux, Freebsd, E-mail, Proxy, DNS etc - Troubleshooting and improvement of existing network infrastructure - Troubleshooting and Manage Voip System ( 3com and Asterisk ) - Handle various kind of end-user problem, such as desktop and laptop problem - Create and monitoring policy of bandwidth usage to end-user - Create and monitoring policy of local area network access and internet access - Coordinate technical support for standard system network infrastructure, wireless configuration and voip system - Maintenance And Monitoring System Mail Server ( Postfix, Qmail )
