• Managing(LQOS) all the functions pertaining to APQP and manufacturing, PPAP, Launch Quality Operating System, New Launch Vehicles Quality Audits-Dynamic & Aesthetic• Regulations additional tasks like management of dealer PDI warranty claim, 3 MIS warranty claim, implementing engineering change management adherence as per TMPS Guidelines• Performing dealership visit for understanding customer complaints and taking countermeasures• Analysing vehicle problems by performing drive test, vehicle functional test, auditing defect analysis and implementation of countermeasure• Spearheading day-to-day activities, production schedules, raw materials standardization, implementing quality tools and allocating work for achieving production targets• Ascertaining ready availability of materials for meeting the production targets; implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations to improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings • Designing & implementing systems, & procedures for facilitating smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhancing operational efficiency

• Extensive exposure in managing operations entailing planning, resource utilization, New product development, quality management & manpower management• Possess excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, TS 16949 , CAD/CAM & Pro/Engineer; merit of being the 5S internal auditor• Experience in creating standard operating procedures for new processes / equipment for ensuring compliance to environment, health & safety aspects• Skills in problem-solving coupled with assertive decision-making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction & low operational costs• Expertise in designing / streamlining processes to facilitate robust quality management systems with proficiency in enhancing the process operations thereby achieving the required quality level in the products• Undertook the complete responsibility for managing the quality assurance functions, vehicles PDI, auditing of MUV/SUV/Cars• Conducted defect analysis and led the implementation of countermeasure, dealer PDI claim, 1 MIS claim,3 MIS claim• Launched the sampling plan, Dealer PDI Warranty claim, understood the JD power issues & managed brand building, performed the dealership visit for understanding customer complaints
