With over 10 years of experience in supervising fabrication, installation, and assembly of machine and steel structures, I am a skilled and reliable Structure Supervisor at Chiyoda Internasional Indonesia, construction company. My core competencies include applying various methodologies and tools to improve process quality and efficiency, such as TPM, TQM, ISO standards, Six Sigma, Value, Task Activity, Visual Control, Poka Yoke, Change Management, and Kaizen. I also have knowledge in MRP, ERP, BOM, Product Costing, Capacity and Productivity Analysis, Time Study Analysis, and Capacity Planning. In my current role, I support the project management team in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials, resources, and equipment for the construction projects. I also oversee the inspection, testing, and commissioning of the structures and machines, and ensure compliance with the QMS and the client's specifications.
