Current- Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience- Holding product demonstrations and further assisting customers with setting up and navigating Simplilearns' software - Establish clear client retention goals and promote the value of the product- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward- Promote value through customer experience- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials - Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience- Provide multiple insights to customers by creating reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce- Act as a customer advocate and promote customer loyalty
