Is an Integral member of EHSS Team and Implementation of Operational Excellence at Kolkata Plant. In charge of all Project Developments, Machine & Plant Up gradations with Procurement plan and In Charge of Implementation and Commissioning of the projects.

Improving Machine Availability of Critical Machines by 7% in the Year 2014. Completion of Lend Forward Project in Paharpur works in 2014-15.

Maintenance In-charge for equipment related to Steel Melting, Forging & Machine Shops like Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace, Vacuum Degassing Units, Boilers, Pollution Control Units with Bag Houses, Centrifugal Pumps up to 100 HP, Re-Heating & Bogie Hearth Furnaces, Furnace Transformers 12MVA and 6MVA, Hammer 10T, Mobile Forging Manipulators, EOT Cranes up to 60T, DG Sets, 1500KVA Distribution Transformers, Vacuum & Air Circuit Breakers, Relays etc.. Engaged in Manpower planning, Scheduling of Maintenance Jobs for Preventive Maintenance, Shutdown and Breakdowns, Spares Planning, Procurement of Equipment under Expansion Project and Erection & Commissioning of the same
