At Loxford school, I am teaching a variety of year groups and abilities across KS3 and KS4. This has allowed me to build on the experience gained at my previous skills as a teacher. This variety has enabled me to develop a range of teaching styles; I have been able to deliver kinaesthetic, visual and audio activities to meet the needs of different learners. Through this, my appreciation for the importance of differentiation has grown and I aim to include it in all my lessons. After observing the highly skilled teachers at Loxford school, I have used their expertise and adapt it to my teaching style.
