In Medium and Light Structural Mill of 0.6 MT capacity (Danieli Morgardshammar technology)Project Management:- Planning, Scheduling and implementation of project activities as per site requirement.Responsible for erection and commissioning of Hydraulic, oil and grease lubrication system.Erection and commissioning of Mill equipments i.e. roughing and intermediate /finishing mill stand, cooling bed, finishing area.Working closely with project HOD (Sr. General Manager) and assist the Company to the control budget / Cash Flow.Co-coordinating with Contractors, Consultant for project execution. Checking bill of vendors &contractors for payment as per Cash FlowMaintenance:- Development of drawings of imported items to procure it locally.Generate spare list, technical negotiation with vendors for ordering.Team member responsible for Mechanical maintenance of the plant.

In 1681 M3Blast Furnace (DC Technology) Responsibility & Duties:Responsible for erection of technological structures and equipments piping of B.F proper, Cast House, Stove, G.C.P, S.G.P.Responsible for erection & commissioning of hydraulic system of Blast Furnace area i.e. Mud Gun & Drill M/C, B.L.T system, Stove,& G.C.P,S.G.P including its pipe routing, pickling ,flushing etc.Planning of manpower, commissioning spares, running spares, infrastructure development for commissioning of B.F & to smooth run.Co-ordination with consultants (i.e. D.C, MECON, & Bharat), contractor & supplier.Vendor development & contact negotiation.Follow up with purchase department, local and out station spare inspection, their storage at site and proper use.Ensure safety of personnel and equipments. Previous Job Responsibilities .Area- Mechanical MaintenanceWorked as shift in charge responsible for mechanical maintenance of Blast Furnace area including preventive maintenance, break down.Member of planning section responsible for generate spare list, technical negotiation with vendors.Area- Project /Designation- Sr. Engineer (Blast Furnace-Mechanical)Project Coordination, responsible for drawing related activities, study of various design drawings with our consultant MECON & Technologists SSIT / SDM, maintaining archive of those drawings and keeping track of project schedule.Erection of HBS & BF shell, structures, BLT, GCP, & utilities of Blast Furnace.Responsible for erection and commissioning of all Hydraulic system, lubrication system including turbo blower.Planning, schedule making, supervision of erection activities of Blast Furnace equipments. Work as a shift in charge responsible for maintenance of Blast Furnace area.Join the project from ground stage, involve in project coordination, erection of equipments, commissioning of Blast Furnace. Commissioning & maintenance of Hydraulic system of Mud Gun & Drill Machine and utility system. In Wire Rod Mill capacity of 0.1Mt/annum

Area- Project/Operation & Maintenance. Maintenance & Operation of Rolling Mill Machinery like Roughing mill (3 Hi Roll), Intermediate Mill, Continuous mill, Finishing Mill, Twin Channel, H& K Make T.M.T Plant. Engaged in erection & commissioning of total Wire Rod Rolling Mill from ground level. Achievements Installation, testing, & commissioning of 1008 M3 and 1681 M3 Blast Furnace equipment, cast house equipment, stove equipment, & dry GCP equipment.Involve from ground stage for fixing lay out ,plant engineering for fixing air, water ,raw material convening system for 2 MT Integrated Steel Plant with Mecon of BPSL,Orissa. Fabrication, erection, commissioning of various Hydraulic and Lubrication Systems in various plant.Successfully erection and commissioning around 150 KM of Hydraulic piping,56 KM of Steam and Oxygen piping,3000 KM of Interplant piping including water, fire hydrant network, nitrogen, LPG,BF gas, Coke Oven Gas throughout the carrier..Successful Commissioning of Medium and Light Structural Mill (0.6 MT) first of its kind in India.
