Preparation of flight schedule data and process related assumptions (engagement standards etc),Projections of passenger loads at flight level (joining and transfer by route and season),Proposal of efficient scheduling scenarios to optimize resource utilization for implementation into scheduling, Assess impact on resource skill set requirements (qualifications) for future training requirements.Provide detailed analysis of year ahead manpower requirements during annual budget compilation. Resource Planning Officer(Skywards)Emirates Airline May 2005 - Aug 2007-Project Management( Genesys CTI, worldwide call centres)-Releasing effective rosters and scheduling for every month, to assist in achieving an SQL of 85%.-Monitor staff leave plan, to make sure that an efficient number of staff are available per shift.-Monitor the IVR, call routing through IVR, and then monitoring the usage of the IVR, add anyenhancement based on the feedback received from staff surveys or from the result of monitoring theusage of the IVR. Prepare test conditions (for unit testing) and test others software.-Managing the CTI emails project, i.e. designing the email routing based on the skill level.
