Roles and Responsibilities:1. On behalf of the organization, I post job requirements on various sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster according to the requirements of the client company. Apart from this process we also HubSpot an application which sends the project information to those users who have registered themselves with our organization.2. Once the job posting is done, I reach out to clinicians on the above mentioned websites, and contact them according to their area of expertise.3. Once I make a connection with a particular clinician I send them the basic details of the project through email or text message.4. If the clinician is interested in working on the project, I have a screening process where I screen their CV and once they fit the requirements I send the CV to the interview panelist. After panelist confirm the profile I have further discussion with the clinician where the details of the payment and the further process is explained to them. I also negotiate the payment with the clinicians regarding the said project.5. After the interview process, I send the project terms and contract to the client and once they accept it I start with the onboarding process.6. If the client has any specific consent forms to be filled by the clinicians then it is also my responsibility to get it done.
