• Handles and executes all legal issues of the Company with respect to Project Contracts, Land Management Contracts, Business related Contracts.• Prepares initial drafts of various agreements, legal disputes, legal policies, Agency Agreements, leave and license Agreements, Agreement cum undertaking, Non-Disclosure Agreement.• Assists management in negotiating, structuring, drafting, reviewing & finalizing various agreements, Tender documents, MOU's.• Assists the project Team for the claim of Insurance.• Co-ordination and attending conference with company's empanelled lawyers regarding court cases.• Managing and supervising all kind of court cases (Supreme Court, High Court and District Court of West Bengal and other states) as an authorized Company Representative.• Lodging FIR, obtaining FRT/Charge sheet for the Company from concerned authorities.

Managing post sales legal formalities of Flat Owners. • Drafting and execution of Deed of Conveyance in favour of the flat owners.• Project registration and maintain compliance under WBHIRA (West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017)• Municipality Mutation of flats. • Drafting and execution Tripartite Agreement with Bank and Flat owners.• Issue of NO DUE CERTIFICATE to the Flat Owners after final payment and complete legal Documentation.• Issue of Possession letter to the Flat Owners.5. Certify the statutory compliance (P.F. & E.S.I) on monthly bill of the Service Providers (Security Agency and Facility Management Agencies) at site. 6. Monitoring compliance to various legislation and report/ escalate non-compliance.
