As a Project Manager, I lead a team of BIM modelers and engineers to deliver high-quality precast and rebar projects for various clients in the construction industry. I manage the project workflows, budgets, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring that the deliverables meet the client's expectations and specifications.I have 5+ years of experience in using BIM software, such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, to create 3D models, generate documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize building design, construction, and operation. I have successfully completed several projects, such as a multi-story residential building, a commercial complex, and a bridge, using BIM and precast technologies, achieving significant cost and time savings, and enhancing the structural performance and sustainability of the buildings.I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from Mallabhum Institute of Technology, where I learned the fundamentals of structural engineering, material science, geotechnical engineering, and construction management. I also have a Diploma of Education in Civil Engineering from Bishnupur Public Institute of Engineering, where I acquired practical skills in surveying, drafting, and testing.I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve the efficiency and quality of the construction industry. I am always eager to learn new skills, tools, and methods to enhance my professional development and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
