• New Client Acquisition: Driving strategies to tightly linking the relevance and responsiveness of the customer experience as being key ingredients in turning key leads to potential customers and further into actual.

• Heading the Business Development team for the Indian & North American Market.
• Maintaining the entire region/s; in which was responsible for achieving the target revenue (order booked), minimizing marketing costs & periodically checking the ROI for the region/s.

• ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
• Heading the department of Building Information Modeling (BIM) consisting of 70 plus professionals.
• Supervising Project Managers, ensuring Quality Check of BIM Models & drawings; creating designs- plans, layouts, construction documentations etc.
• Providing & checking Estimations, reviewing & preparing contract documents & wrapping up the after-sales procedures.
• Resource Management in terms of workforce planning, specifying jobs & roles, recruiting etc.
• Preparing Invoicing, calculating cost incurred, generating billing reports & enforcing optimum utilization of resources with respect to revenue generation

• Responsibilities:Operations Management:

• Ensuring Quality Check of drawings; creating designs- plans, layouts, working drawings etc.

• Ensuring Quality Check of drawings; creating designs- plans, layouts, working drawings etc.
• Resource Management in terms of workforce planning, specifying jobs & roles etc.Client Relationship Management
• Interfacing with High Profile / Key Clients from US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. for providing Hospitality Interiors.
