As a human resource staff at Sudut Pandang UPNVJ, I have a role that involves creating plans for upcoming projects with the goal of building stronger connections among all team members. This includes keeping a close eye on team attendance and performance, as well as finding solutions to internal issues through collaboration and inclusivity. Furthermore, an important aspect of the role is overseeing the recruitment and selection process for potential new team members.

As a dedicated staff of the cultural and language division at German Community UPNVJ, I am responsible for creating copywriting content about culture and language in Germany, arranging German Language Classes with professional teachers, and creating interaction throughout social media’s German Community with interactive quizzes for increasing engagement in the social media. I managed to work with team, showing my ability to work both in teams and individually. Some of my notable achievements in this division include the following:1. As a liaison officer at the International Office of UPNVJ, I am responsible for assisting exchange students from Kazakhstan and Malaysia. Besides, I facilitate communication cooperation and information exchange between UPNVJ and Kazakhstan and Malaysia students. It is important for me to build good communication, coordination, and negotiation to create a strong relationship with Kazakhstan and Malaysian students.

As the logistics committee, I am responsible for all equipment needs for all committee members, speakers, and participants of Disentil 8.0

As the public relations committee, I am responsible for developing an effective strategy to publicize the activities of IRONMAN 6.0. Additionally, I serve as the primary contact person with the campus, sponsors, speakers, and media partners, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement. I am also tasked with delivering all relevant information about the activities to IRONMAN 6.0 participants, keeping them informed and engaged. Another key responsibility of mine is creating engaging and informative content related to IRONMAN 6.0 to attract and retain participants interest.

Throughout the internship as In-house Affairs Committee of the Senat Mahasiswa FISIP UPNVJ, I responsible for the procurement of logistics at the plenary session. Besides, I also filing and creating data on permanent study cards of SM FISIP 2023 internship members
