Started as Regional Manager, from 2005 - as B2B Department Manager, later on from 2007 was promoted to Sales Director's/Member's of Management Board position in 2nd biggest mobile operator in Lithuania.Experience involves extensive strategy, change management, commercial (all sales channels including MVNO) and operational experience in a very competitive Baltic market.
