Development of service management software called "TOPdesk" in a multi-locational SCRUM team, collaboration of around 12 SCRUM teams in 3 countries on the same code-base.Worked on transitioning the architecture of a monolith web application into a more modern one, consisting of micro-services and being capable of running in a Cloud as a SaaS instead of a "standard off-the-shelf box product". Transitioned from a 4-times-a-year to weekly production releases, which required lots of test automation on various levels (unit, integration and end-to-end) and proper Jenkins build pipeline.Daily pair programming. Working language: English and German. Technologies: Java8, in-house frameworks plus Lombok, Guice, Spring, Apache ActiveMQ, Swagger, Docker, Mercurial and Git, Maven, JUnit, Mockito and Selenium-based testing frameworks.

Dev-Ops: development, deployment, monitoring and support of Java 8 based micro-services with minor Adobe Flex based GUI. 3rd-line on-call support to ensure the critical services are up and running 24/7. Development of a Service Management web application (including mobile browsers) called TOPdesk.I worked in a multi-locational scrum team on a few sub-projects of this single product (Java web application). The sub-projects were divided between several scrum teams on 3 different countries (Germany, Netherlands and Hungary). We practiced lots of pair programming and communicating over video.
