This is a pre-Ph.D. position to explore organisational capabilities, processes and structures that support and drive digital transformation. This topic is part of the EINST4INE research project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement.

• Coaching & Training: Successfully guided over 25 teams, with 4 under direct supervision winning competitions and securing funding in 5+ European countries. Played a key role in business concept development and venture launches across various platforms, including hackathons and initiatives like Future Heroes and EIT challenges. Collaborated effectively with teams, coaches, organizers, partners, and investors, fostering innovation through Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.• Venture Creation: Contributed to the establishment of 5 businesses within a 3-month timeframe, collaborating with investors, advisors, and business owners. I played a pivotal role in data cleaning and importing it to a new database. My work with Microsoft Excel and XML and my proficiency in learning new data management tools like Aurion contributed to the success of the Business Intelligence and Learning Analytics pillar.

I spearheaded various IT education projects for 13-19-year-old students. These initiatives included creating innovative curricula inspired by top-ranked universities, arranging internships for talented pupils in the IT sector, and establishing partnerships. My use of Google Suits, Trello, and Hubspot CRM enhanced project efficiency and collaboration.

I mentored students in LEGO education, emphasising communication, creativity, and programming. I worked with 70 children from 3 schools and partnered with schools, I promoted a blended learning approach and empowered students to excel in ICT.

I analysed data of submission to higher education institutions in Lithuania (LAMA BPO).It was Big Data analysis using statistical programming package "R" and MS Excel Pivot tables.I learned about educational system and situation in Lithuania, improved skills on R, teamwork.
