Provide high-level confidential executive assistance including calendar and email management scheduling and management, executive administration support and coordination of critical deadlines to the General Manager, Program Manager and Member Centred Program team. Supported the Program team to meet governance and program deliverables deadlines including reporting, risk management, coordinating various workshops and member co-design workshops, onboarding of new team members, event management and document management.Key Highlights include:- Members at the heart nominee: International Women’s Day: 2020- Coordinated content, theming and event managed three key MCP Strategic Offsite events in June (4-day event) and October (1-day event) 2019 and January 2021 (4-day event). Attendance from various key stakeholders in the organization ranged from ~12 people per day to 47 and included MCP Team, Senior Leaders, Corporate Affairs, Creative services, Group Executive and Group CEO- Liaised with Venue, Creative Services and Brand, external suppliers, internal stakeholders and Group Executive for each event.

Jawun (jawun.org.au) is a not-for-profit organisation that works with Indigenous organisations, with an aim to build capacity and empower Indigenous people and their communities. This is achieved by placing skilled people from corporate and government organisations into Indigenous organisations to work on a specific project, which has been determined by the needs of the organisation and the region. RAC has partnered with Jawun for 8 years and is one of many ways we are demonstrating our continued commitment to reconciliation. I was privileged to be selected as a 2022 RAC Community Ambassador and completed a 6-week on country secondment with Wunan Health - an Indigenous owned organisation on Mirriwoong country, in Kununurra, East Kimberley, WA. Wunan Health & Well-Being Centre is a social enterprise run by Wunan Foundation and is the only Aboriginal owned & run, multi-disciplinary and accredited private medical practice that serves the East Kimberley region. 100% of profits are returned to the Wunan Foundation to fund and drive programs and initiatives forward to achieve its goal to make a positive social change for Aboriginal people. It is staffed by an amazing team of medical practitioners, nurses, and Aboriginal Health Workers responsible for providing inclusive, appropriate, culturally secure care. Over time services are being extended to provide more holistic healthcare and other services in the region including the newly opened Headspace centre. My project brief included the successful development of an Onboarding & Induction Program for new and existing employees, providing Executive Assistant support to the Clinical Director and recruiting, training, and developing an onboarding plan for the recruited Executive Assistant. Accountabilities included monthly reporting, coordinating the administration of the close loop process for members, maintaining fortnightly Member surveys, developing a strategic NPS roadmap to support claims initiatives and facilitating workshops and quarterly reviews with staff to improve the member experience and drive above target NPS results.
