Assistant Relationship Manager

• Handling end-to-end credit operations process – including credit documentation, data input and maintenance, collateral pledging process, loans disbursement, and to liaise with internal and external stake holders for any credit related matters (i.e., legal and compliance, solicitors, insurance company/ broker). • Perform daily credit risk monitoring – to monitor collateral and limit violation, credit covenants and conditions, as well as outstanding credit documents • Handling internal and regulatory reports related to credit - i.e., MAS 610, Revised MAS 610, Top 100 Borrowers, etc• Facilitate audit process – to provide walkthrough session for auditor to have better understanding on system used for credit related matters, internal credit policy and processes, prepare the information requested by auditor and facilitate to address any point highlighted by auditor (if any).• Assist on system testing as Key User• Assist to develop or enhance credit processes, controls and reports • Assist on ad-hoc requests and projects - including LIBOR transition remediation project, system development (i.e., Avaloq, Appway, etc)

• Handling Client and External Asset Manager’s onboarding and review - to perform documentation check and name screening, and to liaise with internal stakeholder to facilitate smooth delivery of client onboarding and periodic review.• Participate in ad-hoc projects - AEOI CRS/FATCA repapering project, MAS Notice 1014 CDD repapering project• To prepare reports for Management Meeting - i.e., documentation irregularities, onboarding and review statistics• Data input and maintenance• Perform transaction call-back review• Assist on system testing as Key User

• Act as the client key interface - to provide excellent service for high net-worth clients, in handling clients’ instructions, executing and monitoring client’s transactions, managing the transaction’s settlement • Relationship Managers (RMs) Support - to support RM in administrative tasks, such as initiate account openings, closures, account and credit reviews, interface with client to ensure completion of documentation requirements, as well as manage the meetings and travel arrangements of RMs• Assist on system testing as Key User
