He decided to institutionalize his knowledge and expertise which gave birth to his maiden entrepreneurial initiative – iProdigy – with a mandate to create bottom-line impact through talent, leadership and organization transformation.In the 15 years of its existence, iProdigy had more than 60 business institutions as its clients. Lives of more than 10,000 individuals working with these organizations across functions and responsibility bands were touched / transformed during this time.Indroneil is a global exponent of the practice of Transformational Coaching. He started out as an independent consultant again in 2015 to focus on Business and Leadership coaching.
