Indroneil is a seasoned Business and Leadership Coach & Consultant with four decades of rich and ‘conscious’ multifunctional experience in sales, business development, client management, business management, marketing, talent and leadership transformation and organization development.Indroneil started his career working for 16 years with several IT companies, including the likes of CMC, Thermax, ICICM and SAP, in customer facing roles. During this time Indroneil pursued his interest in Applied Behavioral Sciences and had deep and extensive exposure to the role of human behavioral processes in business institutions. He saw a potential to bring about positive business impact through people intervention and started on his own as an Independent Consultant. During this two years’ stint Indroneil was consulted by several organizations for start-up consulting, sales consulting, leadership consulting and change management. He decided to institutionalize his knowledge and expertise which gave birth to his maiden entrepreneurial initiative – iProdigy – with a mandate to create bottom-line impact through talent, leadership and organization transformation.In the 15 years of its existence, iProdigy had more than 60 business institutions as its clients. Lives of more than 10,000 individuals working with these organizations across functions and responsibility bands were touched / transformed during this time.Indroneil is a global exponent of the practice of Transformational Coaching. He started out as an independent consultant again in 2015 to focus on Business and Leadership coaching. Today he engages with organization on an ongoing basis to coach and consult with the top management, leadership across levels, sales and customer service, among others.
