As a Major Incident Manager at Getronics, I am responsible for managing and resolving high-impact IT incidents that affect business operations. I have over six years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident management, problem management, and service improvement. I have successfully handled multiple major incidents for various clients across different industries and regions, delivering timely and effective solutions that minimize the impact and restore the service as soon as possible.
