Indu Dua Email and Phone Number
I am a Member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy with a vision to make a difference for the people struggling with mental health issues. I have seven years experience of working with families and am working towards strengthening my knowledge, skills and experience to develop clinical excellence. As an Integrative Counsellor, I take into account the interconnectedness of mind and body. It acknowledges that mental health issues often have physical and emotional components that need to be addressed simultaneously. My treatments are client-centered and are based on holistic approach, considering not only psychological well-being but also social, cultural, and environmental context contributing to client's struggles. Rather than simply alleviating symptoms, I emphasise on promoting personal growth, resilience, and self-awareness.
