Lead and manage the HR Portfolio of projects, ensuing alignment to the HR and enterprise strategy. Manage the resourcing of HR efforts to support the portfolio. Set the Technology Roadmap for the department. Ensure successful outcomes for large corporate projects within the department. Grow the project delivery expertise within the department. Set the strategy for knowledge management within the department and to business clients across the organization and deliver on the strategy. Manage cross departmental interdependencies and manage relationship with Operations and Technology department.

Lead and manage cross-departmental teams on strategic efforts and programs impacting Talent and Organization Development, including Leadership Development. Ensure T&OD efforts are aligned to meet corporate objectives. Ensure scope & impacts are understood and strategic issues are managed and escalated appropriately. Establishe and monitor metrics in order to ensure that programs meet the stated objectives. Influences corporate Leadership Development strategies by focusing resources on initiatives that provide the greatest value to the organization.
